Integrative Yoga

Evidence-based yoga designed to support your nervous system

Your body is a system. Yoga is a way of learning how your system works and how to support it.

Stress and overwhelm can deeply influence how your nervous system responds to everyday life. Yoga provides a grounded, accessible way to support regulation and resilience through supportive movement, mindful breathwork, and intentional awareness. Over time, these practices can help you feel more connected to yourself and experience a greater sense of ease.

At VIBE Integrated Health, yoga is adapted to the individual rather than taught as a one-size-fits-all practice. Classes are choice-based and are designed to meet you where you are so that you are provided with tools you can use both on and off the mat.

Sound Bath Session

Sound baths are a deeply restorative, non-movement-based experience that uses vibrational frequencies to support nervous system regulation, presence, and relaxation.

Each bowl produces a distinct tone and frequency, which can influence the body and mind through resonance and vibration. Bowls correspond to specific energy centers, allowing participants to experience subtle shifts in awareness, grounding, and energetic alignment.

Participants are invited to lie down or sit comfortably. Metal singing bowls are placed on and around the participant to create a fully immersive sound environment. The sound waves support relaxation, reducing stress, and promoting a sense of calm.
