Valentina Stieler von Heydekampf, RYT-500
I am a Triple-Certified Specialist in Hypnosis, NLP, and Yoga (RYT-500), backed by a degree in Psychology. I bridge the critical gap between body and mind for individuals who feel "stuck" despite their best efforts.
I help individuals move beyond the limitations by addressing the subconscious roots of their struggles. My practice is built on the understanding that true healing requires both mental reprogramming and nervous system regulation.
I offer a comprehensive range of services: from the Mindset Reset protocol for rapid breakthroughs, to the restorative flow of Trauma-Informed Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Baths. My goal is to help you regulate your system, reclaim your agency, and embody lasting safety.
Cara Winter, MA
I work with teens, individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life’s transitions—especially seasons like transitioning to college, entering menopause, or becoming an empty nester, where so much can feel like it’s shifting all at once.
These transitions can bring up unexpected emotions—anxiety, depression, grief, or even a sense of losing yourself.
My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through—without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on helping you reconnect with yourself and with others, find clarity, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and meaningful to you.
I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that your mental, emotional, and physical experiences are all connected. I integrate approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), BrainSpotting, and Flash EMDR to help you process what’s been weighing on you and create real, lasting change.
Anna Carlen, MA, LADC
I enjoy working with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves and strengthen their relationships. Whether you are navigating communication challenges, life transitions, or healing from past experiences, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.
In my clinical work, I have supported individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and survivors of sexual assault. I approach this work with compassion and respect, helping clients move at their own pace while rebuilding a sense of safety and empowerment.
My training includes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Prepare & Enrich for Couples. I use these approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while developing practical tools for meaningful change.

Jessica Smith, MA, LMFT
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps clients navigate difficult life transitions and enduring mental health concerns. I strive to create a safe, trusting space for individuals, couples, and families to explore challenges and build new skills for positive change.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Perinatal Mental Health. I have experience supporting clients with postpartum issues, infertility, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, and family conflict.
I use an honest, validating approach to help clients enhance communication, manage emotions, strengthen relationships, and boost self-confidence.
Erin Gonzalez, MS, RDN, LD, CEDS
I am a Registered Dietitian that believes that nourishing the body should feel supportive, flexible, and free of guilt or restriction. My own journey toward finding peace with food and body image inspired me to help others do the same. I understands that sustainable health comes from listening to and trusting our bodies rather than following rigid food rules or external expectations.
I work with you to restore confidence in your food choices, reconnect you with your natural hunger and fullness cues, and discover enjoyable ways for you to move and care for your body. I have a very compassionate, individualized approach that helps Client's build lasting habits that support both physical and emotional well-being—so you can live fully without food holding you back.
